About Na Fonda
This holiday rental house is situated in a residential area in Sa Punta des Port, an area which is part of Cala D'Or. Within 5/10 minutes walking distance you will find the beautiful sandy cove Cala Egos as well as the centre of Cala Egos where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The marina of Cala D'Or with great restaurants and cafes overlooking the yachts and sailing boats moored at the quay is about 2.5 km away. The centre of Cala D'Or with its pedestrian centre offering a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops is less than 5 minutes drive away. In this area you will also find several fine sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D'Or and Cala Esmeralda. The charming coastal village of Porto Petro is only 5 minutes away by car.
THE HOUSE
Fonda 3 is a wonderful newly built house with lots of natural light, built and furnished in a modern style. This beautiful two-storey house offers different spaces to relax and enjoy the comfort and natural light that the house offers both inside and outside. It also has hot/cold air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The ground floor has a living room furnished with straight lines furniture; this living room which enjoys a lot of natural light has sliding doors that connect to the pleasant pool area. The kitchen which is spacious, modern, well equipped and designed in an L-shape is integrated with the dining room which has access to the covered terrace. This floor also offers two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with separate shower.
The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom and access to a large terrace enjoying sea views in the distance as well as a sunny twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to a small terrace.
Air conditioning hot/cold with fixed and limited timetable (13:00. - 15:00 & 21:00 - 08:00). Air-conditioned living room 13:00-15:00 &19:00-24:00
ON REQUEST, availability of air conditioning open 24h at an extra cost of 20.- Euros/day. To be paid directly in cash to the owner on arrival at the house.
OUTSIDE
The pool and garden area is the ideal place to relax. At the back of the house is the pool area with a sunny terrace around a large swimming pool (11m x 5m), with sun loungers to enjoy the quiet summer days. The barbecue and covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden are ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or just relaxing reading your favourite book.
